Since we opened Max Soha in May of 2001 we had a very simple idea: open a casual, warm and welcoming Trattoria. One that highlights traditional dishes that we grew up with. Homemade sauces and pastas, made with love in the kitchen and only using fresh ingredients. Welcome! Benvenuti!
